No Returns Policy

At Fish On Mate, all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is custom printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to fishonmate1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Incorrect Address or Order Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details. If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
