Shipping Policy

At Fish On Mate, all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs, but it also means shipping times can vary.

Processing & Shipping Times

• All orders are processed and sent to production within 2-5 business days.
• Shipping typically takes 7-21 days, depending on our print-on-demand supplier’s workload and your location.
• During peak seasons or high-demand periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We currently do ship internationally. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that customs processing may add additional delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please check your tracking details first. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at fishonmate1@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
